Nordisk Solar Compagni “Safari,” designed by Peter Hvidt, Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen, Christian Hvidt, 1970s, Denmark, aluminum. Approx. 48 x 26 cm (diameter, height). Unlike most Danish-designed pendant lamps, this model also emits a lot of light upwards towards the ceiling, which illuminates the room with a pleasant, diffuse light (depending on the strength of the bulb used). The arrangement of the lampshades ensures a glare-free design. Spectacular shadows are cast on the ceiling when using classic clear light bulbs. This effect disappears with matte white light bulbs. High-quality E27 ceramic socket (110-250V, can be used worldwide). The lamp is suitable for use with classic and modern (LED) light bulbs. Each includes approx. 2m high-quality textile cord, light bulb, cord grip for ceiling mounting, and ceiling cup. Used items. Hardly any signs of use. See photos.
