Fully restored “Capella” teak armchair / easy chair, designed by Illum Wikkelsø for Niels Eilersen, 1960s, Denmark. Dimensions: approx. 75 x 68 x 82 cm (height, width, depth).
Extensive restoration:
– The frame was sanded and finished with a satin-matte sealant using a combination of oil and hard wax. Very pleasant, smooth feel.
– The upholstery straps have been replaced.
– The upholstery has been completely reupholstered. New high-density cold foam, new covers made from a very high-quality and durable canvas-weave upholstery fabric—commercial-grade quality. Contains wool. Color: turquoise. Covers feature zippers for easy cleaning.
Used item with only minimal signs of use, as it has been fully restored. Almost-like-new condition. One of the armchairs still has the manufacturer’s sticker. The “Capella” side table shown in the photo is not included in this offer and can be purchased separately (while supplies last). These are the original photos of the items for sale. However, colors may vary slightly, as they are displayed differently on various devices and screens.
The armchair will be disassembled and shipped well-packed in an insured package with tracking at standard DHL rates (with a bulky item surcharge due to its size).
